SILVER LININGS COMMUNITY CRISIS RESPONSE PROGRAM This resource is for counselors, volunteers, churches, and relief organizations needing additional tools to assist youth experiencing emotional turmoil due to loss/change. SILVER LIVINGS has been used successfully in classroom, community centers, and short term rescue shelters after 9/11, during the aftermath of weather related disasters (Katrina, Rita,) in areas of civil unrest, and when counselors are called to assist when violence and other tragedies occur in communities throughout the United States.
